Privacy Policy – LLDK App

Lycée Libanais de Kinshasa (LLDK) (“we”, “our”) publishes the mobile app LLDK App for students and teachers.

What the app does

The app securely signs in to the school website csarabe.com over HTTPS to view and manage agenda items that you are authorized to access. The app does not contain ads and does not sell data.

Data we process

• Login credentials you enter are sent only to csarabe.com to authenticate you. The app does not store your password.
• Session cookies/tokens from csarabe.com are stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
• Optional “Cheat Reports” (teacher module): if enabled by a teacher, the app may store minimal event records (student name, class/section, reason, timestamp, device ID) in our Supabase project for the teacher dashboard. No advertising identifiers are used.
• Crash/Logs: Only basic error messages inside the app UI to help troubleshooting. No third-party analytics SDKs.

How we use the data

• To sign you in and show your own agenda/permissions from csarabe.com.
• To allow authorized teachers to add/update agenda entries.
• To let authorized staff review “Cheat Reports” where that feature is used.

Sharing

• csarabe.com receives your credentials and session for authentication and agenda operations.
• Supabase receives “Cheat Reports” only when that feature is used. Access is limited to authorized school staff.
• No data is shared with advertisers.

Retention

• Website sessions remain on your device until you sign out or the session expires.
• “Cheat Reports” (if used) are retained per school policy and can be deleted upon authorized request.

Security

• All traffic uses HTTPS.
• Credentials are sent only to csarabe.com.
• Please protect your device with a passcode/biometrics.

Children

The app is a school utility under school/parent oversight. Accounts are provisioned by the school.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time (clears session cookies).
• For agenda data corrections/deletions hosted on csarabe.com, contact the school administration.
• For “Cheat Reports”, an authorized staff member can request deletion.
